Paint & Play is the perfect art class for young children looking to unleash their creativity, all while having the opportunity to play and explore in nature. When you arrive, we will gather outside at the Creators Table in the back of the property. After parking, follow the driveway back and around the left-side of the property. If the weather permits, we will host our activities outdoors. If it’s inclement weather, we will host the art activities inside the Cofvinoarte Studio. During our visit, children will be able to explore a small forest trail, obstacle courses, outdoor playhouses and more. The landscape provides space for adventurous little creators. There is a bathroom located inside the art studio.

Barbara Donahue is a full-time painter who experiences life through the vibrant and colorful eyes of children. She began her artistic journey by creating a vividly imaginative Animal Alphabet book for her seven grandchildren. This joy of painting for children blossomed into multiple art books and ignited her desire to teach. By incorporating her own books, Barbara developed a unique curriculum that blends art with storytelling. With a background in dance education and a passion for inspiring others, she helps her students build self-confidence through their artistic journeys.

Please come dressed for messy paint play and weather appropriate clothing if you plan to spend time outdoors. Wear good climbing shoes.

Also, be aware of a covered pool onsite. Don’t let your children wander alone.
