Sam brings nearly a decade of bedside nursing experience, currently specializing in labor, delivery, and postpartum care. She’s deeply passionate about childbirth in all its forms—offering compassionate support throughout pregnancy, helping parents navigate life with a newborn, and providing lactation guidance along the way.

She’s also a self-proclaimed expert in toddler and early childhood development—thanks to daily life with her three sons: Leo (4), Max (aka “Macky” – 2), and Ari (almost 1). If you know Sam, you know she’s being just a little sarcastic here… because, well, toddlers. If you know, you definitely know.

These days, Sam has scaled back her hospital hours to “stay home” with the boys—though they rarely stay home. Instead, you’ll usually find this big, silly, extremely chaotic crew outdoors, rain or shine (or sleet or hail), probably barefoot at the beach in tie-dye.

Come along for the ride with this wild bunch—learning, growing, and figuring it all out one day at a time. It’s not always rainbows and butterflies, but it sure is more fun to go outside and look for them.
